Every price is the real monthly rent. Two kinds of units, priced for what they are.

Steel-door units

Ground floor

Steel walls and steel roll-up doors, on the ground floor. Behind our keypad entry and security cameras. Same security as the new places, for less.

Budget lockers

Upstairs

The cheapest storage in town. Plywood walls and a plywood swing door, up a flight of stairs. Good for boxes, holiday decorations, and seasonal gear. Not for valuables.

Garage-door units

Drive-up

Big drive-up spaces with full garage doors and their own access code. Room for a truck, trailer, boat, or equipment.

Why pay more?

A new building doesn't lock any better

Newer facilities charge more to pay off their construction loans. Our ground-floor steel units give you the protection that matters for less: steel walls and doors, keypad-controlled entry, security cameras, automatic lights after dark, and a lock only you hold the key to.

Questions

Quick answers

Do I need a deposit?

No. You pay the first month's rent and move in.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Rent month to month and leave when you're done.

Are the units heated or cooled?

No. Our units are not climate controlled, which is part of why our rent is lower. Most units are indoors, inside the building.

What's the difference between steel units and budget lockers?

Steel units are on the ground floor with steel walls and a steel roll-up door. Budget lockers are upstairs, reached by stairs, with plywood walls and a plywood swing door. Both are behind the same keypad entry and cameras. Budget lockers cost less, so they're best for boxes and seasonal items. For anything valuable or heavy, choose a steel unit.

Do I need my own lock?

Yes, bring a disc or padlock. Only you keep the key. Garage-door units have their own access code instead.

Which size do I need?

A 5×5 holds boxes and seasonal items. A 5×10 holds a studio apartment. A 10×10 holds a one-bedroom apartment. A 10×15 holds a two-bedroom home. Our garage-door units (17×14.5 and 20×30) fit a car, truck, trailer, or boat. Compare sizes or
